To make royal icing, Mix 10 grams of egg white powder, 60 grams of water, 300-500 grams of icing sugar and a drop of lemon juice.
Ingredients: pasteurized dried egg white.
Ratio: 10 grams of Egg White Powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. Use prepared mixture within 4 hours.
