The indispensable Decora electric pastry maker is perfect for decorating cakes and individual portions, creating precision decorations and finishing any sweet or savoury preparation. It's designed to make decorating easier and simpler, leaving both hands free to focus exclusively on finishing the details. It has a compact, lightweight oval-shaped mechanical body with a circular ring on which a plastic disc with a graduated scale rotates, making it easy to position the dish to be decorated correctly.
Practical, intuitive and easy to use: the knob on the front of the mechanical body lets you choose the direction of rotation, clockwise or anti-clockwise, and the speed of the turntable, up to a maximum of 60 rpm (revolutions per minute). The button next to the knob can be used to lock the platter in rotation, leaving it in standby mode, without resetting the direction of rotation and speed settings to restart exactly where you left off.
