A classic pastry flavour because it tastes so good: vanilla! With FunCakes Bourbon Vanilla Paste, you can easily add this flavour to creams, cakes, icings, biscuits, tarts, ice creams and sauces. This paste has a delicious rich, creamy flavour with velvety notes and contains real vanilla seeds straight from the pod.
One teaspoon of this paste is equivalent to 1 vanilla stick. Use 2 to 4 teaspoons for 500g of final product. A classic pastry flavour because it's so good: vanilla!
FunCakes Bourbon vanilla paste is made from vanilla grown in Madagascar. The paste contains no alcohol and is stable in cooking and freezing. It is packaged in a practical, squeezable tube.

Ingredients: invert sugar syrup, sugar, water, Bourbon vanilla extract (4%), extracted Bourbon vanilla powder (1%), thickener: E406.
