LorAnn Super Strength flavours are concentrated flavours, also known as candy oils or candy flavours. These flavours do not contain vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a concentrated, undiluted type of flavour. These flavours are 3 to 4 times stronger than water- and alcohol-based flavours.
When substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavours do not diminish when exposed to high heat.
These flavours are suitable for fondants and marzipan. Due to the high concentration, the structure of fondant and marzipan does not change when these flavours are added. Also suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, biscuits, brownies and more.
Content: 3.7 ml.
Soluble in water.
Ingredients: propylene glycol, artificial flavour, natural flavour, water, colour: E102 tartrazine.
E102 tartrazine: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of : egg, peanuts, soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2.
