Funcakes - Mix for lace, white, 400 g

Make beautiful lace decorations with this gluten free mix from FunCakes! The white lace has a toffee flavour and is ideal for making decorations. Use the lace decorations to decorate cakes, cupcakes and more!

The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. 

Preparation: Mix 50 g mix with 50 ml water. Fill a lace mold with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (convection oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven). To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours. 

Ingredients: sugar (38%), modified starch, potato starch, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, corn starch, emulsifier: E471, thickeners: E401, E415, color: E171, flavor. May contain traces of: milk, eggs and nuts.

This product is certified Halal. Free from lactose, preservatives, GMO and AZO colourings. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
