Special 3-part mould, ideal for making chocolates with greater practicality and precision. It has a "mark" indicating the quantity of chocolate required, so you only need to take it to the fridge once. It gives an even shell and a perfect finish, always with the same weight.
1 Fill the cavities in the base mould with melted chocolate or deco fondant up to the fill line. Tap the mould on your mat several times to remove any air bubbles that may still be in the chocolate.
2 Gently place the inserts on the melted chocolate in each cavity. (Do not press down yet).
3. Place the top piece of plastic over and into the insert(s) and base mould so that they fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. Press gently so that the chocolate fills the shape of the cavity.
4. The plastic moulds in the top section should be turned upside down. Turn the mould over (with the flat surface facing downwards) and place in the fridge for 10 to 20 minutes.
5. Remove your chocolate from the fridge when it is no longer shiny but opaque.
6. Turn the mould over and carefully remove the top and inserts. Your chocolates are now ready to be filled and assembled with melted chocolate (if 3D) or to be completely removed from the mould and used as they are.
7. Enjoy!
The moulds are not dishwasher safe. Before and after use, rinse with lukewarm water.
