Perfect for melting and shaping.
Sugar-free sweetener.
White and odourless.
Not as sweet as sugar but can be mixed with other substitutes to make it sweeter.
Contents: 250 grams.
Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700 W in a heat-resistant bowl) or in a saucepan at 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20 to 30 seconds until it has completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a dish filled with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. Once it has cooled, you can colour it and use it as you wish. WARNING: The melted isomalt is very hot!
Ingredients: isomalt (100%).
This product is: Halal certified, suitable for vegetarians, suitable for vegans.
Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.
